Payment

We currently only accept PayPal. Buyer MUST be “verified” per PayPal policy before work will begin on any prop.

Shipping

In most cases items will be shipped via USPS. Smaller items may ship Priority. If buyer wishes to upgrade shipping method please contact seller. Some international shipping is available. Please contact seller with location for details and availability.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since our items are custom made, commissioned items, we do not offer refunds.
Our items are packed VERY carefully, however, should they arrive damaged during shipping we will make every reasonable attempt to either help the buyer repair it or allow the customer to return it for repair.
Items are custom works of art and will have slight differences each time one is created, though every effort is made to match the picture.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Seller is not responsible should buyer use props or masks for a purpose other than what they are intended for; either as display item, as part of a costume, or a prop for a costume.
