Custom made Adam Syringe, used by Little Sister in the video game Bioshock. Metal handle, plastic bottle attached that holds “adam” (non-removable). Lights up with the squeeze of the trigger on the handle. Takes 3 AAA batteries, easily replaced by screwing off end of handle. Heavy duty construction (approx weight 4 lbs) means it will survive many conventions!
